Tickling the Muse

Wake your muse with conjunctions.

This page was built out of a bit of fun, so don't expect it to work perfectly. I use a similar system whenever I am trying to figure out how to combine my sentences. My Javascript skill is a bit limited, so you will have to type in the subordinating conjunction of your choice, instead of selecting it from a list (am still trying to figure how to show the radio value). Then click done, and a sample will appear in the large text box. Click clear to empty the box.

Please note that if you cannot use the [Backspace] key, use the [←] arrow to move back, then delete. Or use your mouse to highlight then delete. Saving this page with the intention of saving your sentence will not work, so if you need to keep it in record for any reason, please write it down somewhere else. For the mouse savvy, you can highlight the finished sentence then copy and paste it into a text document.

Last reminder, a sentence is made up of a subject and predicate, so make sure you keep to this rule when filling the words for the two sentences. If a sentence sounds wrong, then you either need to change your choice of subordinating conjunction, or change the meaning of one of your sentences. Have fun.
