Remember, if the number above is smaller than the number below, borrow ten.  For example in question (b), 3 is smaller than 7, so you borrow ten from 60 to make it 13.  Hence 13 - 7 = 6.  So then 6(ten) becomes 5(ten), that is because 63 = 50 + 13.  When you need to borrow 10 from a "0", that means you have to get 10 from 100.  For example in 102 = 90 + 12  Repeat where necessary.  When you are done, click Score Me to see how well you did. If you didn't get a 100%, return to the questions marked "X" and correct your answers. Then click on Score Me again. Repeat until you get all your answers correct.
