Multiplication Exercise Single Digit 1

Copyright © 2010 Golda Mowe,

There are two operations you need to do for multiplications.  First multiply the smallest digit, bring down the (one) and put up the (ten).  Then multiply the next digit and add this result to the (ten) you brought up.

For example 45 x 3 = 135

where 5 x 3 = 15 (bring down the 5 and put up 10 above 40)

then  4(0) x 3 = 12(0)

Add the 1(0) to 12(0) to get 13(0), which you place next to 5, and get the result of 135.

Click Score Me when you are done, and if you don't get 100%, go back to the answers marked X and correct them.  Then click Score Me again.  Repeat until you get 100%.
