After saving Cassia from a ruthless lord, and changing her name to Juna to hide her identity, young Bulgarth and his teenage sister, Merlana, lose their home to the Community Law Implementer. It is a daunting task for young people who are both inexperienced and hiding from the law, but help comes uncalled and unlooked for from unlikely places because their father was not without friends. In the capital city of Netherweld, they uncover a treason so terrible that even the king of their land trembles. However, the information comes too late to stop the enemy invasion.
